We're thinking of getting moved into a bigger place sometime soon, since we are starting to outgrow our condo and its supposed to be a good time to get a deal. Ken put up an ad online just to see if anyone was interested right away. Starting at 8am we got a billion calls from realtors wanting to sell the place for us. They really must be desperate for work... and they were trying to be tricky too pretending to be interested buyers or just taking a "quick survey." Lame! I am not good with pushy sales people. I had a heck of a time getting them off the phone. Finally, we got one call of a real interested buyer that came by tonight to look at the place. I spent all day cleaning and re-cleaning up after the kids. Daisy is the best help, since she can't make too much of a mess yet and she's always eager to smile and keep me company with her cute cooing. So, wish us some good luck that we can sell our place and find a good house to buy, too!
There's a house down the street from us that's been for sale for awhile. It's really nice inside - but they've been trying to sell it by owner and wouldn't lower the price for a long time. You should move by us. :-)
